Hello world, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Diana, I am 28 years old and I am a mother of 2 children, currently residential at Meadowlands (South Africa), where I run a small business  together with my partner.  The business itself has been going very well for four years, but as a mother I have to instinctively rethink to be able to offer my children a better future. I have a big vision and want to start a food track business. The food truck features high-grade gastronomy equipment with a variety of different appliances for broiling, grilling, cooking and cooling. It is thus ideally suited for the production and sale of hot and cold snacks as well as any type of wholesome lunch menu.

I, as a woman, would like to conquer South Africa with a Food-Truck !!

I want to use the food truck to provide new impetus in the various cities and provinces of South Africa.
I also understand that street food does not have to mean “Fish and chips, please!”. I want to serve really good and quick food with Fresh pasta, dagwood, hamburgers, curry rice with meat and vegetables. – Everything should be incredibly tasty and always freshly prepared.
My plan is to spoil people with lunch and event / party / festival and sporting events, at street food markets, food truck meetings and at fair prices.
Upon successful completion of the project, I will set up a website where I can announce my current locations or can be booked. I can only implement if you all cooperate together for me and donate. Every small amount brings me closer to my goal.
Together we are strong, we alone are responsible for the South African economy and its future. With such smaller projects, we can help minimize unemployment.
Especially after the Covid-19 crisis, the time has come to show the world how strong we can be as a community!

Another priority of mine is to reduce food waste as much as possible. Part of my concept is to cook for the children in the Villaofhope children’s home once a month free of charge and to give children pleasure.
